It’s good to see the Big Ten is taking a page out of Gap’s playbook. (Unintended sports metaphor!) What the hell is this awfulness. Also, “Legends” and “Leaders” as the division names? I guess +1 to the Big Ten for having huge ones.
It looks to me like a Big Ten suckhole.

Rarity: an identity from Pentagram that I really dislike. I guess the spacing of the logotype is supposed to look organic, but it feels unbalanced and distracting to me.

New Pentagram work for GE:
The visualization allows users to see the energy consumption for each appliance in terms of watts used and the equivalent cost in dollars. It also allows users to convert the energy to equivalent consumption in gallons of gasoline—a familiar unit of energy cost for consumers—and “appliance specific” units like loads of laundry and batches of cupcakes.
